Fleske Holding launches new commercial real estate firm

NORMAN – Fleske Commercial Group (FCG) has announced the separation of its business activities from Equity Commercial Realty.
The company’s executive broker and CEO, Eric C. Fleske, represents hundreds of properties and provides project development, real estate investment advice, real estate brokerage, property management and design services, according to a release. The company has a total of 12 employees, including five licensed brokers.
Through its partner, Touchstone Management, the company manages more than one million square feet, most of it in central Oklahoma. It also develops more than 200,000 square feet of office, retail, medical, and industrial products annually, broking an average of 1.4 million square feet for a total of more than $ 50 million per year.
The company has designed more than 55 projects through its partner Phase One Design. Fleske and Josh White are each certified as a Certified Commercial Investment Institute (CCIM), while Fleske is also called the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
Some of the company’s projects in Norman include Tecumseh Crossing Retail (in progress), Legacy Office Park, Dimensions Academy, NW Norman Medical Center, Huettner Industrial Development, and Research Park Development. In Oklahoma City, the company has remodeled properties in Film Row and Uptown, and developed retail, office, and industrial centers across the subway.
“Commercial real estate in central Oklahoma City has seen phenomenal growth in recent years,” said Fleske. “The needs of our customers and tenants have evolved with this growth and we believe our approach to this market is different from other companies.”
Prior to founding the Fleske Commercial Group, Fleske was a partner and managing broker for Equity Commercial Realty with founding director Judy J. Hatfield.
