Brad Pitt has a massive real estate portfolio, are any in Missouri?
NS. LOUIS – Missouri-born Brad Pitt landed on a list of 10 actors with huge real estate portfolios. He and ex Angelina Jolie have owned houses in multiple cities around the world, but does he have any in the Show-Me-State?
Stacker.com reports that some actors have prime real estate around the world, but for some actors, real estate is more than an enviable property or mega mansion, it’s an investment that combines their love of home and entrepreneurship. These actors have turned their passion for prime real estate into a serious sideline.
UpNest.com has made a list of various news, entertainment, and real estate sites. The report says that regardless of whether they are turning over or renovating, owning in the U.S. or overseas, actors make an enviable livelihood outside of their respective trades by investing in real estate and having portfolios to prop it up.
Brad Pitt
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have owned several properties together, including a French castle, a London estate, and a mansion in New Orleans, according to Upnest. He is also said to have invested in a casino in Las Vegas along with George Clooney and Rande Gerber, husband of Cindy Crawford. The casino never came about, but they were able to sell the 25 acre property to Starwood Hotels for $ 202 million after buying the land for $ 90 million.
In April 2021, samtropes.com reported that Pitt has a real estate portfolio of more than $ 100 million. The website reported that his primary residence is in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. The home is 5,338 square feet with a huge main home and at least four smaller lots that have been added over the years.
Velvetropes.com also says it has a home in Hollywood Hills. It’s more of a contemporary retreat. The house has hidden shelves and niches are built into many of the walls to keep each room free of clutter.

Pitt also owns a French estate known as the “Chateau Miraval”. He and Jolie leased it in 2008 before buying it in 2011. The couple married in 2014 in the property’s chapel. When the two split up, there was apparently a major argument about who should keep it. In the end, they shared it.
Pitt and Jolie jointly owned a house in New Orleans but sold it after their divorce for $ 1.4 million. The house was built in the 1830s and featured traditional bricks and a balcony with views of the city.

Pitt and ex-Jennifer Aniston also shared a house in Beverly Hills from 2001 to 2006, says samtropes.com. The couple apparently spent three years renovating the property but only lived there for two years before separating. Some of the additions they have added include a tennis court, guest house, and dining room that seats 20.
There is also a rumor house in the Lake of the Ozarks. Velvetropes.com reports that it has long been rumored that he built a colossal mansion in the Ozarks, but it’s not clear who it belongs to. It is known as “Pensmore” and was built in 2011. It is considered to be one of the largest residential buildings in the country. It was apparently bought in an extremely rural area between Springfield and Branson. However, public records do not link Pitt to the house.
There were also rumors that Pitt was building a house for Jennifer Aniston in April 2020. BTonline.com reported that Women’s Day reported a source said it had been a long-standing dream for Brad to build a lake house in the Ozarks near his childhood home. However, the publication reported that the source said he was not building a home for Jen in Missouri.

The Oscar-winning actor is also a real estate giant with a diversified portfolio. DiCaprio bought his first home in the Los Angeles suburb of Silver Lake for $ 769,500 in the late 1990s, which he listed for $ 1.7 million in 2018. The decorated performer also owns real estate in New York, California and abroad in Belize. One of a kind landlord, DiCaprio’s Rental, 432 Hermosa in Palm Springs, is a modern mid-century home formerly owned by singer and actress Dinah Shore, with daily prices starting at $ 3,750 per night with a two night minimum. One of DiCaprio’s most ambitious real estate projects, Blackadore Caye, an island in Belize, was bought with business partner Jeff Gram in 2005 and the actor plans to turn it into an eco-resort.

She owns homes in Maui, Colorado and Washington state. Winfrey’s real estate portfolio is estimated at $ 200 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.
Arnold Schwarzenegger

The “Terminator” star made a bold real estate investment early in his career when he bought an apartment building. The turn to real estate in the 1970s allowed Schwarzenegger to focus on his acting career, earning him his first million. The former California governor still owns much of the commercial properties he bought on Main Street in Santa Monica shortly after heavyweight real estate investor Albert Ehringer taught him the basics. Today he owns retail space, apartments and office buildings. He has an estimated net worth of $ 400 million.

In 2007, Charvet and his business partner Nathan Jones founded Jones Builders Group, a Los Angeles-based full-service developer and builder of luxury real estate. Charvet also acquired several investment properties. The company enabled him to develop his own house line known as Charvet Estates.

Another of her Beverly Hills mansions, Ohana, sold for $ 36 million, which made the actor a small fortune. The original purchase price was $ 13.5 million.
