Rental Home Investing Platform Nabs $100M Financing
By Elise Hansen (Dec. 16, 2021, 5:28 p.m. EST) – Real estate investment platform Arrived said Thursday it had secured $ 100 million in new loan financing that it will use to enter new residential real estate markets.
Arrived Homes LLC, headquartered in Seattle, offers retail investors real estate bets that can purchase shares in single family homes with a minimum investment of $ 100. The latest funding will allow Arrived to buy more homes to keep up with investor demand, the announcement said.
“We think anyone who wants to invest in residential real estate can do so,” Co-Founder and CEO Ryan Frazier said in a statement.
