She is licensed as a broker with the California Department of Real Estate and is an active real estate investor. Before joining Sklar Kirsh, Baghdasarian was an associate with Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. She received her Juris Doctor from Columbia University in 2006 with Honors as a Kent Scholar.
Molly Madden has extensive experience in complex commercial processes, with particular expertise in litigation and advising clients in connection with real estate, contract, tort, corporate, fiduciary, unfair competition, intellectual property and financial service disputes. Madden’s customers range from Fortune 500 companies and financial institutions to charities, family businesses, and individuals. Before joining Sklar Kirsh, Madden was an associate at Goodwin Procter.
