HONG KONG SAR – Media OutReach – December 21, 2021 – Henderson Sunlight Asset Management Limited (the “Manager”), as manager of Sunlight Real Estate Investment Trust (“Sunlight REIT”), is pleased to announce today the 15th anniversary of the listing of the Sunlight REIT to announce.
The manager’s employees are celebrating the 15th anniversary of the Sunlight REIT.
Over the past 15 years, Sunlight REIT has built a respectable track record of providing stable operating performance and impressive long-term returns to shareholders. Based on an IPO price of HK $ 2.60 per share, the total cumulative distributions of the Sunlight REIT amount to approximately HK $ 3.34 per share, which contributes to an annualized total return of around 11% since the listing on the stock exchange.

Sunlight REIT (share code: 435) is a real estate investment trust approved by the Securities and Futures Commission, established by the amended and reworded Trust Deed of the 10 Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on December 21, 2006.
