MCB Real Estate, a Baltimore-based real estate investment management company, announced its longtime acquisitions director. Michael T Spur, has been appointed chief investment officer and director of the company.

Trail joined MCB after stints at PNC Realty Investors, an institutional investment manager and Corporate Office Properties Trust, a publicly traded REIT, where he worked on acquisitions and divestitures. Mike has been with MCB since 2012, starting as a Senior Investment Associate through to the most senior position in acquisitions at the firm.

He received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and his MBA from the University of Maryland.
