RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

DENVER, 4th November 2020 / PRNewswire / – RE / MAX Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: RMAX), the parent company of RE / MAX, one of the world’s leading franchisors of real estate brokerage services, and Motto Mortgage, the first national mortgage broker franchise in the United States, announced today that their board of directors will receive a quarterly cash dividend of $ 0.22 per share of Class A common shares.

The dividend is payable on December 2, 2020to the registered shareholders at close of business on 18th November 2020.
