Has successfully completed $ 5 million for a portfolio of eight properties in northern and central New Jersey. These include a large pre-development commuter parking lot, two industrial warehouses, two flex facilities, a retail and mixed-use warehouse, a retail fast food facility, and an industrial vacancy.
Portfolio details are:
• A 12.19 acre mixed-use pre-development area totaling 2.68 million square feet for residential, commercial, retail and self-storage with 1,400 spaces for commuter parking in Harrison
• Two 56,000 square foot industrial warehouse buildings in Kearny and Boonton
• A 3.1 hectare light industrial Flex building of class A was rented long term to a blue chip tenant in Harrison
• A fully renovated 85,000 square foot Flex facility on 4.89 acres in Harrison
• A retail network for a fast food establishment leased to a loan tenant in Harrison
• Three acre property in Kearny
• A mixed-use retail and outdoor warehouse in Brick
