- Illinois Drivers’ Services Facility closed
- Shelbyville Courthouse closing at noon
- Coles County Courthouse closed all day
- Peoples Bank and Trust in Altamont will not be open till 9:00 am
- Tom Henderson State Farm is closed
- Rhodes to Health Chiropractic is closed
- Effingham County Farm Bureau is closed
- Crossroads Cancer Center is closed
- Brush Creek Quarry is closed
- Stanfield Chiropractic is closed
- Goeckner Accounting, Inc. is closed

- Social Security Office in Effingham is closed but people can call the office for assistance
