Three Kamloops Blazers named to the B.C. Hub Team of the Week – WHL

The Kamloops Blazers make up half of the Remax BC Hub Team of the Western Hockey League Week.

Connor Zary, Quinn Schmiemann and local Logan Stankoven are three of the six players who joined the team for the week of March 21st.

After two games, Zary has scored one goal and three assists.

Stankoven scored three goals – one of which was the game winner against Prince George on Saturday – and one assisted in the two competitions.

Schmiemann scored one goal and two assists for three points in the games against Vancouver and Prince George.

The Blazers are 2-0 after two consecutive competitions and should play in Kelowna on Tuesday night. However, this game has been postponed due to a confirmed positive COVID-19 test in the Kelowna Rockets staff.

No current makeup date has been announced.

The Blazers will play against the Victoria Royals at Prospera Place on Thursday.
