The upgrades include the implementation of KastlePresence®, KastleVideo® and KastleVisitor®. Each program offers effective, state-of-the-art security. With KastlePresence®, Kastle has integrated non-contact destination elevator elevators into the building’s KONE® elevator control system, which can be used to make mobile calls to elevators at the lobby kiosk. Additionally, Kastle will be redesigning the large lobby doors to be completely touchless, and a summer installation will include touchless readers in the garage.
KastleVideo is a comprehensive remote video platform that enables facilities to maintain security while reducing operating costs by using the latest technology. Supported by AI-based video surveillance, KastleVideo’s robust video analytics and live remote protection services improve security without increasing staff.
The KastleVisitor feature in Tower Place 100 includes easy check-in of pre-authorized visitors with a barcode to ensure security, streamlined visitor registration with credible management, improved productivity through access to doors and elevators at the reception, and improved video to identify unwanted ones or VIPs individuals.
