RE/MAX Leads Nation’s Largest Real Estate Companies, Franchises in Agent Productivity, T3 Sixty Reports

DENVER, April 14, 2021 / PRNewswire / – The 2021 Enterprise 20 report published by T3 Sixty ranks the top 20 companies and top 20 franchise brands in the industry by 2020 in terms of sales volume, transaction pages and number of agents. RE / MAX agents top both groups in agent productivity as measured by transaction pages per agent, averaging 15.7 * pages per agent – more than double the average pages per agent of two-thirds of the companies in each group.

RE / MAX is also listed among the top three largest companies and franchise brands based on sales volume. As defined in the report, a company does not itself provide brokerage or franchise services, but has a controlling interest in one or more companies that do so. Real estate franchisors, rather than providing brokerage services directly to consumers, own brands, products, intellectual property and business systems and license them to brokerage firms.
