VCU Health’s distribution center at 3008 Mechanicsville Turnpike in eastern Henrico County was sold for $ 8.075 million. Exeter Property Group, a Pennsylvania-based real estate investment management company, acquired the 89,931-square-foot distribution center from SCP-G Mechanicsville LLC, which purchased the building in 2019, according to Henricos online real estate records. VCU Health uses the building as the headquarters for logistics in the supply chain and serves as the primary healthcare system distribution facility for its regional healthcare operations. The healthcare system is on long-term lease for the center that was used as the Pepsi distribution facility. Colliers International agents represented the seller in the deal.
