Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. Announces Real Estate Loan Investment in Savannah, Georgia Multifamily Development

ATLANTA–(BUSINESS WIRE) – Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. (NYSE: APTS) (“PAC” or the “Company”) announced today that on May 28, 2021, it will make a home loan investment of up to approximately $ 17.0 million in the Relation to Novare. The group’s plans to develop Populus in Pooler, a 316-unit surface parked multi-family facility in Savannah, Georgia MSA, are expected to deliver the first units in the fall of 2022. 2025, at the same time as the building loan.
