People: Dickson Commercial’s Joel Fountain achieves SIOR designation

Joel Fountain of the Dickson Commercial Group recently received the SIOR Industry Designation, awarded by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.

Fountain, who joined DCG in 2014 with a focus on industrial sales and rentals, began his commercial real estate career in the Grubb & Ellis office division, which worked there for three years, according to a June 14 press release.

For the next four years, he was an associate for SVN Gold Dust Commercial Associates, specializing in the sales and leasing of office, retail, industrial and real estate in Northern Nevada.

He started his career as a broker in 2012; He is currently a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and an active member of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP).
