Commercial interest high at Stock’s incredible new Estero Crossing project
Stock Commercial, a division of prestigious Stock Development, has announced that it is actively engaged in earthworks across the site of its mixed-use Estero Crossing project in the heart of Estero, west of 1-75 and south of Corkscrew Street.
“Once this is complete, we will begin installing the underground utilities for the commercial side of the project, which is closest to Corkscrew Road,” said Keith Gelder, President of Stock Commercial and Stock Luxury Apartment Living. “After completion, we expect to start the vertical construction of the first commercial buildings within 45 to 60 days.”
Estero Crossing sits on 42 acres of land and will be positioned over approximately 60,000 square feet of retail space plus six three-story luxury apartments directly behind it.
Gelder noted that Stock will intentionally focus on the retail portion of the project first and then focus on the residential area.
“We believe it is important to complete the retail space in advance in order to essentially activate the project and provide our future residents with a variety of restaurants, services and amenities as soon as they move into their new home,” he said.
Commercial pre-letting is ongoing, highlighted by the recent addition of Oak & Stone, a neighborhood-style craft beer and artisanal pizza restaurant geared towards great beer and gourmet tavern dishes.
Gelder has confirmed that a variety of businesses are interested in the busy corridor, including restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating, other entertainment venues, boutiques, and health and wellness studios.
“We have been actively working on five more leases since mid-August,” said Gelder. “Each of them and the others who are to come are carefully chosen to improve the community. This will not only be attractive to our apartment residents, but we assume that it will also be beneficial for Estero and the surrounding area. “
According to Gelder, the commercial space at Estero Crossing will be very pedestrian-friendly with excellent connections to the adjacent residential buildings. The attractively designed, mixed-use project will feature paved sidewalks, lush courtyards and comfortable seating areas to enjoy.
Perhaps the most exciting element of the project is likely to be the recently named “Corsa at Estero Crossing”. This luxury apartment community offers a variety of two and three bedroom floor plans.
In the apartment buildings, residents enjoy expansive 9-foot, 4-inch ceilings, modern hardwood floors, spacious walk-in closets, balconies and patios, high-speed fiber optic internet, fiber optic technology, high-end ceiling fans, and USB charging ports. All floors will also be accessible to residents with an elevator.
The kitchens will include energy efficient stainless steel appliances with flat hobs, side-by-side fridges, built-in drink / wine coolers, oversized islands with hardwood shaker-style cabinets, premium plumbing fixtures and quartz countertops, and undercounter sinks.
The spectacular clubhouse and centerpiece of the community will stand two stories high with an area of 10,000 square meters under air. Amenities at the Corsa include a resort-style pool with a spacious sundeck, private cabanas, barbecue stations, and a fire lounge. The outdoor living area will also include a large relaxing porch for social gatherings.
In the clubhouse, residents enjoy all the amenities one expects from a stick community – and more. These amenities include a demonstration kitchen, lounge, media room, card and game rooms, golf simulator, conference room, business center, and even a bowling alley.
On the way to the second floor of the clubhouse, residents will be amazed by the 3,000 square meter fitness center. It will have the latest in strength and cardio equipment, a yoga studio, and virtual fitness programs.
Corsa at Estero Crossing, a pet-friendly community, will have an indoor pet spa, a very large animal park, and a car care center for residents.
