DENVER, CO – Oct 2021 – Wintrust is pleased to announce the expansion of its Commercial Real Estate team, starting with the hiring of Andy Kolos as Colorado President. Wintrust Commercial Real Estate, CO, will be headquartered in Denver but will serve the needs of the broader Colorado market, including the Front Range and mountain communities.

For the past 11 years, Kolos has been active in all facets of commercial real estate banking in the Denver community. Previously at BBVA USA, Mr. Kolos built an extensive commercial real estate portfolio with Denver-based sponsors that was diversified into offices, apartment buildings, industrial and retail with an emphasis on home finance. He specializes in banking and debt markets, relationship building, as well as underwriting and market analysis for commercial real estate.
In addition to traditional lending services, Wintrust will also provide access to a full range of treasury management products and services, private wealth management, syndication and capital markets, and commercial banking.
