TORONTO, Feb. 10, 2021 / CNW / – First Capital REIT (“First Capital”) (TSX: FCR.UN) announced today that it will make a cash distribution of $ 0.036 per unit REIT for the month of February, which is roughly equivalent to US $ 0.43 per REIT unit on an annual basis. The distribution will be paid on March 15, 2021 to the shareholders of record on February 26, 2021.
