In addition to leading a residential real estate team, Main Place Real Estate co-founders and agents Chris Harrison and Zane Peterson guide their clients through commercial real estate investments. Chris and Zane are both qualified as Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIMs). A CCIM certification is equivalent to a master’s degree in commercial real estate. Main Place Real Estate is the only real estate company in Macon County with CCIM agents.

  4. Acquisition through syndication – pool with like-minded investors to acquire a larger property that a single investor may not be able to buy alone. A small amount of money can buy real estate at a smaller percentage when working with other investors. For example, you could partner up with buying a $ 1 million property, while a $ 100,000 home would require a lot of maintenance.
