James Lawless joins the BHSM commercial real estate team

BHSM LLP has the appointment of. announced James Lawless as a Senior Associate in his Commercial Real Estate Team.
Mr. Lawless specializes in buying, selling and renting a wide variety of properties including offices, retail space, warehouse and logistics units, residential developments and manufacturing facilities.
In addition, he has advised numerous commercial tenants on commercial leasing. He has worked closely with developers on site assembly projects and expanding titles on development sites.
In addition, Mr. Lawless has extensive hotel acquisition experience and has worked on the forward financing of several high profile hotel development locations in Dublin city center. He has worked for the buyers of several Irish estates, dealing with day-to-day asset management and advising on plans for future developments.
Prior to joining BHSM, Mr. Lawless completed his apprenticeship and worked in the commercial real estate division of a Big Five law firm in Dublin.
