Capstone announces the following deal:

1661 Central Operator LLC purchased the 57-unit Prospect on Central apartment complex at 2500 17th Street in Denver for $ 34 million from Central Street Development LLC. Nik MacCarter and Brandon Kaufman represented buyers and sellers.

Epic Investment Services purchased the 95-unit Willowbrook Apartments at 7155 Raleigh St., Westminster for $ 16.55 million from Summit Communities. Bill Morkes, Craig Stack and Keegan Hofer represented the seller.
