An Austin commercial real estate developer has filed a permit with a state regulatory agency for a new building.

Round Rock (Williamson County) – An Austin commercial real estate developer filed a retail building project with a state regulator on Dec. 6th.

The project will take place at the Round rock crossing Shopping center in the south of the city. The groundbreaking should take place by May 2022 and last around 13 months.

The location is at 119 Louis Henna Boulevard between the aim at 121 Louis Henna Boulevard. and the Navy Federation at 115 Louis Henna Boulevard.

The working title of the project is 119 Louis henna commercial and SCC development company will build a new 8,000 square foot retail building at an estimated cost of $ 1 million. SCC Development specializes in retail projects and its portfolio includes properties in 15 states.

Levy Dykema Architects, from Austin, are on board the project.
