Sale of retail property in Rethymnon, Crete

BriQ Properties REIC announces that on 11/08/2022 proceeded with the sale of a retail property, with a total area of ​​782,31 sq.m., located on Giamboudaki Street 8 in Rethymno, Crete, for a total sale price of one million three hundred and fifty thousand euros (€1,350,000).

In the current fiscal year, the Company will record profits from the sale of the aforementioned property amounting to €140,000 while it will include a total amount of €168,000 in the profits for distribution.

BriQ Properties CEO, Mrs. Anna Apostolidou stated that this sale is part of the Company’s investment strategy while at the same time, is a tangible proof that BriQ Properties invests in investment properties that, apart from higher returns, they also add value to shareholders.
