Andrew Weiland and Alex Zank meet with Arthur Thomas to discuss some bustling commercial real estate news in Milwaukee Metro. There was the mixed-use tower proposed by John “Johnny V” Vassallo in Wauwatosa, the third iteration of a project that has drawn the ire of some local residents. Alex also broke news that the Chase Tower in downtown Milwaukee is being sold to a New York investment firm that recently made another major purchase in the area. Mark Irgens also announced at the BizTimes Commercial Real Estate and Development Conference that his company is under contract to buy the former Boston store in Brookfield Square.
