Clarinda Chamber of Commerce plans ribbon cutting for Wellhausen Real Estate, Consulting | Local News

The Clarinda Chamber of Commerce and Clarinda Ambassadors invite the congregation to a breakthrough for Wellhausen Real Estate and Consulting at 101 W. Washington St. in Clarinda on Friday, September 3rd at 11:30 am.

There will also be an open day with J’s Pizza from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Wellhausen Real Estate and Consulting is a fully licensed real estate broker and advisory firm based in the state of Iowa with Chad Wellhausen as the owner, broker and advisor. Their business is characterized by the fact that their services not only include the sale of agricultural land and commercial real estate, but also advice, recruiting and real estate investments.

They seek to increase private real estate investment across a variety of industries, with the ability to buy, build, or develop agricultural, commercial, or multi-family residential properties for rent. Ideally, you will work with the tenants right from the start to find and / or build the perfect space.
