Remax is currently listing a Cape Town home with a R23 million price tag. It’s a seven-bedroom villa set to be located in Clifton’s The Sky Is The Limit complex.

At this stage, it’s quite literally a dream home. The villa will only start being constructed after a deposit has been made; thereafter, construction will begin in 2024.

This comes with the perk of picking what you want. The development will consist of two units: a penthouse and a villa.

Potential buyers have the option to take the penthouse, the villa, or both. Whichever way, the space has been designed to work cohesively or with absolute privacy.

The R23 million will be split accordingly, as per Business Insider:

  • The whole lot: R230 million
  • Just the villa: R115 million
  • Just the penthouse: R115 million

The report also states that this is South Africa’s most expensive house.
