Cumming Motors took two from the Butler Blue Sox on Sunday at Juniata, winning 7-6 and 11-1 in the Tri-State League in local baseball action.

Cumming scored in the bottom of the seventh to win 7-6. Charlie Bakken had three hits for Cumming (6-3), while Jake Hillard and Michael Buck each added two RBIs. Ryan Whitehead struck out in the start but did not get the win.

In the 11-1 win in five innings, Sam Servello struck out seven in three innings while Derek Fravel struck out six in two innings. Kevin Lehner drove in four runs on two hits, while Bakken, Jake Hillard and Buck each had two RBIs.

On Saturday, despite two hits and five RBIs from Max Rodgers, including one which was a home run, Cumming Motors lost, 11-10, to DuBois at Juniata.

Kevin Lehner added three hits and two RBIs for Cumming, which led, 9-5, after three innings. Harrison Knaupe added two hits for Cumming, while teammate Charlie Bakken contributed two hits and three runs scored.

In the 5-2 loss, Johnston got two hits and an RBI each from Cody Becker and Dawson Rightenour.

In the 4-3 loss, Johnston got solo RBI efforts from Becker and Jacob Detwiler. Winning pitcher Matt Graeber struck out 11 in six innings of work as Johnston dropped to 3-6.

Sheetz had a 2-0 weekend in the Greater City League.

On Sunday at Vets Field, Sheetz beat Honey Baked Ham, 6-3, behind two-RBI days from Michael Huntsman and Kyle DeGennaro. Blake Johnston and Shane Hartline each added two hits, and winning pitcher Jack Johnson struck out 11.

Nate Sanders had two hits and three RBIs to lead Sheetz to a 10-1 win over Medicine Shoppe on Saturday at Vets Field.

Tyler Treese and Michael Huntsman each added two RBIs for Sheetz (6-3), which put the game away with a seven-run sixth inning. Teammate Matt Tromm had two hits and scored twice.
