The hires follow the company’s explosive growth during the Covid pandemic, with new hires skyrocketing 32% year-over-year in 2020 and 54% year-over-year in 2021.

At Raise, Beth will be responsible for accelerating growth and innovation while helping to reshape the future of the commercial real estate industry. Beth will also lead Raise’s corporate revenue growth as the company continues to expand nationally and grow its Flex Workspace playbook.

Beth joins Raise from Colliers, where she was Senior Vice President of Client Experience with a focus on customer innovation, workplace and flex strategy. Prior to that, she held senior leadership positions at WeWork at the height of its growth trajectory. While at WeWork, Beth held several key roles including Head of Broker Channel Sales and most recently Head of US and Canada Leasing, where she was responsible for over 450 asset portfolios.

Beth began her career in commercial real estate in the Strategic Consulting Group at Jones Lang Lasalle in Chicago. There she used data, process, business insights and scenario modeling to help corporate clients better align real estate with their business goals through workplace strategy, portfolio strategy, process improvement and location consulting.

After JLL, she moved to CBRE, where she held several management positions during nearly nine years in Chicago, New York and Los Angeles. At CBRE, with a growth mindset, Beth’s influence included establishing CBRE’s own workplace strategy (Workplace360), expanding the multi-market broker-led account business, and introducing a new line of services focused on increasing revenues through flexible leasing transactions concentrated.

Shannon joins Raise from WeWork, where she was Head of Broker Relations for the US and Canada. At Raise, Shannon is Head of Broker Relations, building strategic relationships with broker partners and enabling the broker team to grow in the US and internationally.

Emily Williams will take on the role of VP of Workplace Experience at Raise. Her anthropological background gives her the intuition to support Raises clients in the complexities of reinterpreting the post-pandemic work experience. In her previous position at Twitch, before and after the takeover of Amazon, she grew from 100 employees to 2,000 employees in 15 global locations.

Bridget Fahey joins Raise’s brokerage team as Vice President based in Palo Alto. Bridget will bring a modernized commercial real estate approach to emerging businesses in Silicon Valley and beyond. She has more than five years of experience in the commercial real estate sector with a focus on tenant representation.

Jess Alouf takes on the role of Senior Project Manager at Raise and manages and promotes cost savings for Raise’s construction projects. She brings eight years of experience, initially in the Washington DC and New York markets, before moving to a global construction management role for She has worked on projects ranging from St. Patrick’s Cathedral and the American Museum of Natural History to Indeed’s US, Asian, and European workplaces.
