Commercial real estate transactions from around the Oklahoma City area
McCasland Cos. based in Oklahoma City has sold three apartment complexes, two of which had been owned for nearly 30 years.
The Orchard Park, New York buyer is a long-time investor in Oklahoma real estate, Buhl said.
The characteristics are:
• Silver Elm Estates, an independent 105 unit senior housing center built in 2006 at 1301 NW 178 and sold by McCasland Edmond Holdings LLC.
• Brandywine Garden Apartments, 104 units, built in 1984, 1109 Brandywine Lane, Norman, sold by McCaslands KKL Brandywine Apartments LLC.
• Fieldstone Garden Apartments, 138 units, built in 1984 at 101 Fieldstone Way, Mustang, sold by McCaslands KKL Fieldstone Apartments LLC.

• Anixter Inc. rented 29,775 square feet on 11400 N Interstate 35 Service Road. Brett Price and Kris Davis represented the landlord.
• Gore Nitrogen Pumping Services LLC rented 30,600 square feet at 3480-3481 Davinion Road, El Reno. Davis and Price represented the landlord.
• JLH Inc. rented 129,580 square feet at Sealy Airport Industrial, 3700 S Purdue. Price and Davis represented the landlord and David Portman with Horizon Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant.
• CJ Blowe Agency LLC rented 2,012 square feet in Liberty Trails Office Park, 5601 SE 67. Brandon Birdwell and Levi Ballard represented the landlord.
• ClearChoice Management Services LLC rented 7,444 square feet on 9400 N Broadway Ave. Levi Ballard, Brandon Birdwell and Brent Conway represented the tenant and Tre Dupuy with Price Edwards & Co. represented the landlord.
• Studio 405 rented 3,560 square feet on 11621 S Western Ave. in Greenway Plaza. Jim Rose completed the transaction.
• Heartland Dental has renewed a 4,640 square foot lease at the Peppertree Square Shopping Center, 6444 Northwest Expressway. Rose completed the transaction.
• GOBRANDS Inc. rented 5,132 square feet in the Market Place Shopping Center, 5557 Northwest Expressway, Warr Acres. Rose completed the transaction.
