Conor Commercial Real Estate Leases North Avenue Commerce Center to Major E-Commerce Retailer

ROSEMONT, Ill., March 11, 2021 / PRNewswire-PRWeb / – Conor Commercial Real Estate has signed a lease for 215,550 square feet with one of the world’s largest e-commerce retailers in the North Avenue Commerce Center in Winfield, Illinois. This is the third Chicago-Area building which the tenant rented from Conor last year and which will serve as storage and sales area for the last mile. Forty-nine thousand square meters in the development are still available for immediate occupancy.
