Popular real estate marketing platform Curaytor has launched a boutique real estate agent service called Agency.

The aim of the new service is to provide real estate agents with the company’s high-end marketing technologies combined with hands-on monitoring and carefully tailored contact strategies.

The idea is to emulate what Madison Avenue-style marketing and advertising firms are offering while the agents continue to focus on maintaining their sales pipeline.

The Curaytor Agency calls itself the “first” real estate agency and creates custom websites, contacting and execution strategies, and a personal advisor to help manage campaigns.

According to an exclusive press release to Inman, the service provides agents with “a creative and personalized marketing plan to clarify their overall message and strengthen their personal brand, including StoryBranded websites and advanced marketing campaigns with an on-site expert to provide assistance or assistance. ”

Subscription service starts at $ 2,975 per month, in addition to the company’s basic services, which are $ 1,275 per month.

Company co-founder Chris Smith said he would like the new service to help customers bridge the gap between an agent’s personal level of service and what is presented online.
