Dallas commercial property firm moves its headquarters to new Plano building
A Dallas-based real estate development and investment firm moves its headquarters to a new building in Plano.
Primera Cos. Is a 30+ year old commercial real estate company based in downtown Dallas.
The company has a track record of office and industrial projects across North Texas. Primera owns and manages approximately 3 million square feet of industrial real estate in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Primera Cos. Relocates its offices from Ross Avenue in Dallas to the new Towne Square II office building in Plano.
The new building is located near the southwest corner of State Highway 121 and Preston Road. It is the second office building that Primera has built in the mixed-use development of Village 121.
“Collin County is where commercial real estate action is happening and, as developers, we want to be close to our tenants and commercial development opportunities,” said Ralph Heins, president and founder of Primera Cos., In a statement.
Together with Primera Cos. Rockport Construction Group – a general contractor for medical and office buildings – is moving its office to the Towne Square II building. Rockport Construction has been in business since 2009.
“We at Rockport Construction are very excited and ready to move this fall,” said Donnie Lotz, President of Rockport.
O’Brien Architects designed the building on Town Square II and Rockport was the general contractor.
