Eastside Real Estate Symposium Set for April 6 | News
Top real estate investors, brokers, developers, and housing advocates will present their insights into the surging residential and commercial growth in Bellevue and beyond on April 6 during the Bellevue Chamber’s second annual Eastside Real Estate Symposium.
The in-person and hybrid event is scheduled from 7:30-9 am at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue.
Panelists will examine issues including the lingering impacts of the pandemic, prevailing return-to-office strategies, and the housing-to-job imbalance on the Eastside, according to a chamber announcement. Jon Woloshin, head of US real estate for UBS Global Wealth Management’s Chief Investment Office, will deliver the keynote address on the nationwide housing supply and real estate trends.
A Local panel of housing and development experts will discuss plans and policies for affordable housing and workforce on the Eastside.
Kristin Jensen, managing director of Gensler Seattle, and Steve Kramer, principal of KG Investments, also will explore plans for the Wilburton community.
