El Obour Real Estate Investment (OBRI.CA) – Listing of shares of the company’s capital increase

The Admissions Committee held on 02/02/2022 approved the following:
1- Listing of the company’s authorized capital increase from EGP 80 million to EGP 200 million.
2- Listing of the Company’s capital increase from EGP 29,380,845 to EGP 88,142,535 This capital increase amounted to EGP 58,761,690 divided into 11,752,338 shares at par value of EGP 5 per share, this capital increase was paid in cash by rights issue for the paid to existing shareholders of the company.
These new shares will be added to the EGX database beginning with the 2/7/2022 trading session.
