The award highlighted several of Gewürzz’s many successful projects, including representing a private real estate investment firm on all aspects of the purchase and development of Cambridge Crossing, a 42 acre master plan development project in Boston, Cambridge, and Somerville, MA – one of the largest development projects in the region. To date, Gewürz and his team have helped over $ 1.5 billion in mortgage lending for Cambridge Crossing. Additionally, Gewürz and his team worked with the company on a long-standing Canadian customer to bring over $ 22 billion in US real estate for the past 18 years. Gewürzz is currently helping the customer to become a leader in the single-family home rental market with innovative structures and financing transactions for this emerging asset class.
