The Hines Villa, the former property of one of the world’s most famous real estate developers, the late Gerald D. Hines, is up for grabs.
The sprawling villa is listed for $ 34,500,000 and has Italian influences reminiscent of the Mughal vacation in Tuscany. Hines died last August at the age of 95.
