Chicago developer HSA commercial real estate begins construction of two more industrial buildings in southeast Wisconsin, one in Cudahy and one in Bristol. The 130,600-square-foot Cudahy Building is located at 4850 S. Pennsylvania Ave., east of Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. The 447,000 square foot Bristol building is under construction at 9406 136th Avenue in the Bristol Highlands Commerce Center by HSA Commercial. The Cudahy building replaces an empty building on the 8.2 hectare site. According to a press release, construction will be completed in June. Completion of the Bristol building is scheduled for early 2022. HSA Commercial operates in southeastern Wisconsin. It has more than 2 million square feet of warehouse space under construction or in the region. “Significant e-commerce growth is driving demand for newly built Class A warehouse space along critical last mile corridors,” said Robert Smietana, vice chairman and chief executive of HSA Commercial, in a statement.
