Humane Society of the Palouse to Offer Fully Waived and Half-Priced Adoption Fees During ‘Clear the Shelters’ Pet Adoption Event | Idaho

MOSCOW – During the week of August 22-27, the Humane Society of the Palouse will once again take part in the ‘Clear the Shelters’ pet adoption event! On these days, the Humane Society of the Palouse will offer fully waived and half-priced adoption fees.

The Clear the Shelters ped adoption campaign is spearheaded by NBCUniversal and associated stations. The purpose of the campaign is to encourage pet adoptions from local animal shelters and humane societies. Since 2015, Clear the Shelters has aided in the adoption of more than 550,000 pets nationwide.

The Humane Society of the Palouse is located at 2019 East White Avenue in Moscow, ID. The shelter will be open by appointment only on August 22, 23 and 24, and will be open for walk-ins between 1:00 – 5:00 pm on August 25, 26 and 27.

There’s an assortment of cats, dogs, and kittens patiently waiting to find their forever homes at the Humane Society of the Palouse. During the event, the public is invited to visit the shelter, socialize with the animals, and hopefully find their new best friend.
