AMERICAN Pickers star Mike Wolfe has put his show money into real estate as he owns a $ 3.4 million empire of four villas and 11 commercial properties.
The Sun can exclusively disclose that Mike’s real estate assets are approximately $ 3,467,300.

MANSION LIVING
Mike, 57, and current ex-wife Jodi, 50, bought a home in Franklin, Tennessee for $ 182,200 in May 2016.
The stunning 5,062 square foot home sits on 28 acres of land.
There is even a stream that runs through the property and can be crossed by a bridge.
Mike was ordered to transfer the marriage home to Jodi within 30 days of the divorce on December 6th within 30 days of the divorce.
The house bears both names to this day.
On the same block, Mike and Jodi bought a $ 375,000 home through a Business LLC in January 2018.
The two story home is 1,834 square feet and sits on 2.1 acres of land.
Mike won the house when they divorced.

COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE
The American Pickers star and his ex also owned a number of commercial properties as part of their LCC.
Mike was awarded all commercial real estate upon their divorce.
The History Channel star bought a commercial property in his home in LeClaire, Iowa for just $ 100 in January 2009.
The 3168 square meter building is home to The Shameless Chocoholic store.
In December 2010, Mike spent $ 115,000 on another commercial property in LeClaire.
In March 2013, he bought the property next door for a purchase price of zero.
One Twenty Nine Coffee & Spirits rents the location.
In September 2011, Mike dropped $ 97,000 on another commercial property in Le Claire that he uses for his Antique Archeology shop.
In November 2013, he spent $ 23,000 on the property next door to expand on ancient archeology.
With a purchase price of zero, according to Tennessee courts, Mike has owned another commercial property in Nashville since September 2014.
The two-story commercial building is 3,604 square feet and was once owned by the tattoo and piercing salon Slumerican Flagship Store before the store closed.
Mike also bought a store in Franklin, Tennessee for zero in September 2014.
In December 2016, Mike fell $ 400,000 on property that is now a bike shop in Columbia, Tennessee.
In January 2017, he dropped $ 575,000 on another commercial property in Columbia, Tennessee.
The place there is now called Nashville Olive Oil.
In June 2018, Mike bought two commercial properties in the same downtown Tennessee area for $ 200,000 that are feet apart.

MIKE’S DIVORCE
The Sun previously reported that his divorce from Jodi was finalized on December 6, just over a year after she filed for an end to their 10-year marriage.
In her divorce settlement filed in court and received by The Sun, Mike agreed to pay his ex-wife $ 5,228,878.73 to “provide for the fair division of marital property.”
She will also receive a total of $ 634,000 in alimony.
Jodi also receives 50 percent of the after-tax royalties Mike earned for seasons 1-10 of American Pickers for the earnings period prior to December 31, 2021.
The court records say Mike is due to receive payment for his work on American Pickers season 10 in December 2021, as court records suggest that he should pay her “exactly $ 28,000.”
She also receives 40 percent of the after-tax royalties Mike earned for Seasons 1-10 of American Pickers for the Earning Period between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2026.
Mike started out with his Antique Archeology Nashville business and their companies JCM Investments and MRW Inc.
He will also own Mossy Point Productions.
As for her 9 year old daughter Charlie, Jodi is the primary residence parent.
She will have custody of her daughter 230.5 days a year while Mike has her under his care for 134.5 days.
Mike was ordered to pay $ 2,100 a month in child support and provide his daughter with health and dental insurance.
They share decisions about education, religious upbringing, non-emergency health care, and extracurricular activities.
Jodi filed for divorce from Mike in Tennessee in November 2020.
As a reason for divorce, she named irreconcilable differences after she had given June 2020 as the date of separation.
They were married on September 7, 2012 in Franklin, Tennessee.
NEW LIFE
Since then he has moved on with model Leticia Cline.
Mike now stars alongside Danielle Colby in American Pickers after longtime co-star Frank Fritz was fired from the series.
Frank, 57, last appeared on American Pickers during an episode in March 2020 when he was taking time out to recover from back surgery that left 185 stitches and two chopsticks in his spine.
During his time off the show, Frank lost 65 pounds as a result of leading a healthier lifestyle and being sober from alcohol.
He told The Sun that he went to rehab in Iowa for alcohol addiction for 77 days and was sober for 11 months.
Although Frank expressed his desire to return to the History show, Mike announced that Frank had been fired from the show on Instagram in July.
Frank previously told The Sun about her breakup: “I haven’t spoken to Mike in two years. He knew my back was upset, but he didn’t call me to ask how I was doing. That’s just how it is.
“The show is 1,000 percent aimed at him. I can’t even bend down that far to show you how much.
“That’s fine. It’s like you have Aerosmith and Steven Tyler and he’s the front man. I found my place, I’m second and he’s number one on the show. That’s not a problem for me, maybe he has a problem. ”
Frank still owns his shop in Illinois, Frank Fritz Finds, and lives in his home in Iowa.
