Investment trend in real estate to continue, boom likely in next 3 months
Hyderabad: Although the real estate sector across the country is suffering from the coronavirus, investors are still showing interest in the city’s real estate sector, suggesting a better time in the near future.
Investments in real estate in major cities across the country have declined in the past three to five months.
But the trend to invest in real estate in Hyderabad and the surrounding area is not declining, according to dealers and real estate companies and real estate surveying companies.
Although there has been a slight decline due to the closure of the residents’ registration office, sales and purchase transactions for real estate in the city are still ongoing.
According to officials from various real estate companies, Hyderabad’s real estate sector is set to experience a boom in the next three to five months that would lead to a significant spike in property prices, especially if the state government recently increased property registration fees.
Given the upward trend in Hyderabad real estate investment, investors from across the country or the industry in the city are eagerly watching.
