Joyce E. Horn Joyce Elaine Hardy Horn, 84 of Bakerton passed away Thursday, Aug. 25, 2022 at her home. Born Sept. 18, 1937 in Millville she was the daughter of the late Robert L. Hardy, Jr. and Olive K. Rutherford Hardy. Throughout her school years, Joyce lived in Harpers Ferry, she graduated from Harpers Ferry High School, class of 1955. Joyce retired from ReMax Real Estate in Charles Town. She loved her granddaughter and enjoyed travelling.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, married July 7, 1956, Robert “Bob” Mark Horn, they even shared the same birthday, son, Robert Craig Horn, granddaughter, Jessica Lynn Horn, all of Bakerton, sister in-law , Patricia Hardy and special friend, Angie Cummings. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Geri Elaine Horn, who passed away in 1972 and brother, Steven L. Hardy.

Services and intervention will be private.
