Mr. Piasecki, Mr. Prager and Mr. Zukerman join Lev after having worked together at Avison Young for more than nine years. They closed during their careers $ 15 billion in transactions across all types of property for a large number of institutional and family office customers.

Despite the market turmoil and uncertainties of 2020, they successfully negotiated and completed numerous complex transactions, including a $ 115 million bridging loan for a 5-story office building in Nashville;; $ 157 million financing for 849 rental units development in Santa Monica; and $ 150 million for six renovations and one development site in Santa Monica and the San Fernando Valley.

Looking ahead to 2021 and beyond, Mr. Piasecki believed that Lev’s unique blend of market leading technology and capital markets expertise would be the perfect platform for another decade of tremendous growth while driving the development of the complex world of commercial real estate finance.
