Principal Real Estate Income Fund Increases Its Monthly Distributions 2.94% To $0.0875 Per Share

DENVER, October 1, 2021 / PRNewswire / – Principal Real Estate Income Fund (the “Fund”), which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PGZ”, is pleased to announce a 2.94% increase in its monthly dividends $ 0.0875 per share from November, payable on the dates given below. Based on the current net asset value of the fund’s share price of $ 17.43 (from market close September 27, 2021) the distributions correspond to an annualized distribution ratio of 6.02%.
