Bray Commercial is proud to welcome Katie Davis to the Grand Junction office as a commercial realtor. Katie was born in Farmington, N. Mex. and has two great kids, ages 6 and 11, who she learns from every day. She has grown her family to six chickens, three fish, a dog and a rabbit. When she is not working, she enjoys gardening and renovating houses. She graduated from college in Columbus, Ohio with a degree in business / human resource management and has worked for the family company that specializes in upstream oil and gas for the past 20 years. After starting her career at the bottom, she worked her way up to COO where her main focus was on growing the business and maximizing profitability. Through their efforts, the company has won world-class awards from multiple manufacturers and a 60% increase in profits in four years. She decided to quit oil and gas and pursue her other passion, real estate, and looks forward to combining her passion for the business with Commercial Real Estate.

Heiden Homes Realty awards top agents for July 2021
Toni Heiden posted the highest dollar sales volume at Heiden Homes Realty in July. Toni and Kathy Tomkins had most closed deals for the month.
Toni is the owner / agent of Heiden Homes Realty, located at 735 Rood Ave., in historic downtown Grand Junction, Colorado. She has 43 years of experience in the Western Colorado real estate market.
Toni worked for two leading real estate companies in Grand Junction before opening Heiden Homes Realty and Associates in early 2003. During his tenure as an associate broker, Toni won numerous awards including the highest residential sales for a Colorado franchise in 2001 and 2002.
In 2005 Toni moved to her current location at 735 Rood Avenue and bought the historic landmark in the revitalized Grand Junction shopping district in the city center. Toni received an award from the city center development authority for renovating the facade of the building.
Toni has received the Best of Grand Junction Award three times in the Real Estate Agent and Manager category from the US Commerce Association. The award recognizes outstanding achievements in the field of marketing and community service. Toni serves (and is the current president) of the Kiwanis Club of Grand Junction, a member of the Grand Junction Symphony Board of Directors, a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church Parish Council, and a member of the Grand Junction, Palisade and Fruita Chambers of Commerce. She is also active in the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association.
Toni was awarded Emeritus status by the National Association of Realtors for her 40 years as a realtor. She was also granted emeritus status as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).
In addition to her work as a realtor, Tomkins has extensive experience in the construction and RV sector. She was previously the owner of Manufactured Home Parts, a provider of mobile homes, and is a permanent general contractor. She specialized in selling and building prefabricated houses for Royal T’s Construction, LLC. Tomkins previously owned a heavy equipment construction company for eight years and started a gravel pit in 1998.
Kathy has been committed to work since she graduated from high school. Shortly after graduating, she got an office job with a local insurance company. She later married Joe Tomkins, who died of cancer 21 years later. Kathy spent most of her married life as a housewife, but also worked in a clothing store on the Mesa Mall.
Tomkins has three children – Joe Tomkins II, DeDee Case (who owns a freight company with husband Boone Case), and AK Weaver, a graduate of Fruita Monument High School. Tomkins has two grandchildren – Shannia Case and Kendra Tomkins.
