Realtor achieves $1B in closed home deals | Business
Andrew Bloom, CEO, Senior Partner and Co-Founder of BVO Luxury Group at Keller Williams Arizona Realty, has closed closed residential real estate deals valued at over $ 1 billion.
Bloom became the fourth real estate agent in Arizona history to top that with sales of $ 1,011,771,291 as of December 31st.
An industry veteran of 26, Bloom joined Keller Williams in 2017 after a 20-year career with REMAX. Its sales volume is 1,815 homes sold – 1,635 in Scottsdale – and includes 760 luxury homes and 194 over $ 1 million.
This is the latest of many awards for Bloom, who was the No. 6 Keller Williams team in the world in 2019 and was the top-selling team at Keller Williams in Arizona in 2018 and 2019. He is a member of Gary Keller’s Top 100.

Bloom has personally mentored and coached thousands of agents and currently coaches more than 1,500 agents around the world.
He has hosted more than 2,000 open days and personally seen more than 25,000 houses.

After a tumultuous upbringing in Los Angeles, Bloom rose through the ranks of the industry.
He was removed from his home by California Social Services at the age of 11 when his parents, struggling with mental illness, could no longer legally care for him. He spent the next three years in nursing.
After dropping out of high school, Bloom graduated from college and earned his BS in social work from Arizona State University.
He worked on low-income housing projects as a housing lawyer and his social background led to his career in the real estate industry.
“After coming out of poverty and homelessness, I found early in my real estate career that the hard-earned money I was making was not mine, but rather income from the business I was in,” said Bloom. “I had to put money back into the business so that my life could run more efficiently. I hired people, paid for marketing, and invested time and money building today’s business. “

Bloom, founding member of the North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce, supports Vista Del Camino, Hope Kids, St. Mary’s Food Bank, and Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
