Rubicon Point Partners plans to invest up to $ 770 million in US real estate projects on behalf of its founding fund.

The San Francisco-based real estate investment company announced that its Rubicon First Ascent LP fund had raised $ 232 million.

The fund manager said the value-add fund, which targets equity investments in locations across the San Francisco Bay Area and the Pacific Northwest, has the option to purchase up to $ 770 million in real estate investments.

The fund has so far raised 35% of its capital for new investments, including two projects in the Bay Area and one in the Puget Sound submarket, Rubicon Point said.
