Note on inclusion in the FTSE EPRA / Nareit Global Real Estate Index Series

SANKEI REAL ESTATE Inc. (“SANKEI REAL ESTATE”) announced that FTSE Russell has announced that SANKEI REAL ESTATE will be included in the FTSE EPRA / Nareit Global Real Estate Index Series (hereinafter the “Index”) as of December 20, 2021 .

The Index is a real estate investment index developed by FTSE Russell in collaboration with the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit). The index is used by many institutional investors around the world as a benchmark for international real estate investments.

SANKEI REAL ESTATE believes that inclusion in the index will help to further broaden its investor base and increase the liquidity of its investment units.
