Stratford commercial property sells for $405K

The 4,000-square-foot commercial property at 427-429 Honeyspot Road in Stratford has been sold for $405,000 or $101.25 per square foot.

Fairfield-based Greenlawn Irrigation Systems, which specializes in exterior watering systems for landscaping, purchased the property and will relocate its operations to the site. The existing owner, Amboss Corp., will be staying on for a short period of time before relocating and merging with another company.
