Jersey Mikes 1,200 square feet rented in the HEB Cypress Market Shopping Center at 24224 Northwest Freeway, Cypress. The tenant was represented by Lasater Miller and Lane Zieben of Retail Connection and the landlord by Kristen Barker of Wulfe & Co.

Harold’s hen house rented 1,280 square feet in the Shops at Copper, 16255 FM 529, Houston. Rick Gutierrez from Resolut RE represented the landlord.

Taizza sushi rented 2,800 square feet of retail space in Memorial at Kirkland, 14092 Memorial Drive, Houston, from RPI Management Co. Josh Friedlander and Bob Conwell of NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Lucy Kim from CMK Real Estate represented the tenant.

Trinity Dental rented 2,000 square feet of retail space in Shops Katy Pointe, 24020 Clay Road, Katy, from Katy Point Investments. Kevin Sims and Nick Ramsey from NewQuest Properties represented the landlord. Chris Boys from Xite Healthcare Real Estate represented the tenant.

DDs discounts, a division of Ross Stores, will open a 20,000 square foot store in 10-Federal Shopping Center on the northwest corner of Interstate 10 and Federal Road.

Black Rock coffee bar, an Oregon-based boutique coffee chain, is adding a 2,325-square-foot store on 702 Bay Area Blvd. at the intersection of Bay Area and Texas Avenues in the Baybrook Mall in Webster.

QNJ Landholding LLC bought a 0.88 acre pad site in the Kuykendahl Center, which is located in Kuykendahl and on the Grand Parkway. The buyers were John Hornbuckle from Cypressbrook Co. and Ray Larson from Ray Larson Remax. Seller Dickinson Village Ltd. was represented by Clay Trozzo from Property Commerce, JW INC.
