Number 1: Based in San Diego MG property group bought the 3300 Tamarac apartment complex with 564 units at the 3300 S. Tamarac Drive in Denver Per $141 million from Gelt Inc. David Martin and brian mooney from Northmarqrepresent the seller.

No. 2: Advanced real estate services bought 112,938 office square feet at the 4704 Harlan St. in Denver Per 20 million dollars from Lakeside Office Park LLC. Sam Leger, Tim Finholm and Brandt berry from Unique propertiesrepresents buyers and sellers.

#3: Merritt Holdings LLC bought 28,911 flexible square feet at the 16025 Table Mountain passenger car. in Golden Per $8.73 million from Advanced real estate services. Sam Leger and Tim Finholm from Unique properties represents buyers and sellers.

TOP THREE RENTAL

Number 1: summit materials leased 33,191 office square feet at the 1801 California St in Denver. Nick Weld and Andreas Swetnam from CBRE represented the tenant. Nick Pavlakovich, Matt Gautreau and Michael Pavlakovich from Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord.

No. 2: SP Plus Corp. leased 3,198 industrial square feet at the 2329 S. Broadway in Denver. David Leuthold and JR Guz from NAI shame Makovsky represented the tenant.

#3: Insurance technology company FJA leased 3,157 office square feet at the John’s Manville Plaza in downtown Denver at the 717 17th Street in Denver. Casey Grosskop from CBRE represented the tenant. Michael Crane, Julie Rhodes, and Andy Ross from JLL represented the landlord.

Merritt Holdings LLC acquired 18,796 flex square feet at 4620 Technology Drive in Golden for $4.4 million from SKS Real Estate LLC. Buyers and sellers were represented by Sam Leger and Tim Finholm.

Generation Development acquired 0.43 acres at 601 E. 17th Ave. and 1709-1717 Washington St. in Denver for $3.75 million from Great Northern Cattle Co. Marc Lippitt and Justin Herman represented the seller.

Gravity Venture LLC acquired 1,980 square meters of office/retail space at 333 S. Colorado Blvd. in Denver for $1.335 million from Harriet Goodman Family LLC. Steve Miller represented the seller.
